Thank you for the comment on my blog. I really appreciated it! It was nice to hear that you also feel very strong about the topic of AIDS. It was also hearing your opinion on HIV/AIDS and it’s correlation to education (or a lack thereof). I also appreciated you sending me that article, and I will plan to use it in my “Breaking News” section as well. I have to agree with you, our blogs are completely relevant to each other. I did know that education helps to prevent HIV/AIDS, but unfortunately, the majority of the people now suffering from HIV/AIDS do not. I whole heartedly agree that if more people (especially women, who do not realize that you can pass the disease on via birth) in these developing countries that are stricken with the HIV/AIDS epidemic are in dire need of some for of primary education about the disease. I see this as the one of the first steps that need to be taken in order to combat this terrible epidemic. I did find that post very interesting, thank you for that. Again, thanks for the comment and see you in class!
